Terms of Use for Homeowners

keenenhplumbers.com

This site is a free referral service operated by The Local Lead Agency. We connect people looking for local services with independent, local businesses who can provide a quote. We do not perform the work ourselves, and we are not the business that will complete your project — we simply pass your request along to one or more independent providers.

This Service Is Free to You

There is no charge to submit a request through our Service. Businesses pay us to receive requests like yours — you never pay us anything for using this Service.

Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a request, you agree that we may share the information you provide with one or more independent businesses matched to your request, and that those businesses may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email about your request — including using an autodialer or prerecorded messages. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask any business not to contact you further directly.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that any business will contact you, that you'll receive a certain number of quotes, or any particular outcome from a request submitted through our Service.

Your Responsibility When Hiring

You are responsible for evaluating any business that contacts you — including confirming their licensing, insurance, and qualifications where applicable — before hiring them. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the work of any business listed or matched through our Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Local Lead Agency is not responsible for the acts, omissions, work quality, or conduct of any business you're matched with. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your interactions with a matched business.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
