These Terms govern a business's use of this site and the other websites operated by The Local Lead Agency (collectively, the "Service"), including a directory listing, a lead-delivery subscription, or both.
The Service
We offer local businesses two things: a public directory listing, and/or a subscription to receive homeowner quote requests ("leads") for a niche and geographic area you select. Signing up for one does not require signing up for the other.
Your Eligibility & Responsibilities
- You confirm that you hold any license, permit, certification, or insurance required by law to perform the services you list.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your business information and listing content.
- You'll respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
- You won't use leads or your listing for any unlawful purpose, or to spam or harass a consumer.
Fees & Billing
Directory listings and lead subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your business portal — cancellation takes effect immediately, and we do not provide refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid for. If a payment fails, your service is suspended immediately until a valid payment method is added; we do not offer a grace period.
Leads Are Not Exclusive
Unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, a lead-delivery subscription is not exclusive. The same lead may be sent to other subscribed businesses in the same area at the same time, and any number of businesses may hold a subscription for the same niche and area at once.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads, the quality of any lead, that any lead will convert into paying work, or any particular volume of traffic to a directory listing.
Listing Content
You represent that you have the right to use any content (including your logo and description) you submit for your listing, and you grant us a license to display it on the Service. We may remove or edit listing content that violates these Terms.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your listing or subscription for violating these Terms, for non-payment, or at our discretion with notice where practical. You may cancel at any time as described above.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Local Lead Agency's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim arose. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the services you actually perform, your listing content, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
